Job Description

In this role, you will analyze large volumes of data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that impact Supply Chain performance. You will be responsible for developing data-driven insights to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve logistics. Additionally, you will ensure data integrity, particularly in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) environments. You will create visual reports and dashboards in Power BI to make data accessible to stakeholders. You will work closely with business and engineering teams to define requirements and improve data accuracy. You will use SQL for in-depth analysis and validation, ensuring reliable data for decision-making. You will also identify KPIs and develop performance metrics to measure and enhance logistics and Supply Chain processes, supporting strategic initiatives with evidence-based recommendations.

• Must-Have
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights
• Expertise in SQL for data validation, querying, and in-depth analysis (without direct involvement in ETL processes)
• Experience in data validation and testing in a User Acceptance Testing environment
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements
• Experience in creating interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support business decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to extract meaningful insights from raw data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Would Be Great If You Have
• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics and automation
• Experience in logistics and/or supply chain analytics is highly valued
• Basic Databricks knowledge
