We're seeking an experienced Senior Consultant - Business Intelligence MCSFT to lead our analytics efforts in digital transformation projects within the Portuguese government sector. In this role, you'll oversee the integration of the BI team with a strong focus on information modeling, Big Data, and PowerBI dashboarding. Your expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and Azure Synapse will be instrumental in designing and implementing modern BI architectures.

• Lead the development and maintenance of accurate data models, dashboards, and reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop effective data solutions
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

• Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence projects with Microsoft suite
• Proven track record as a team leader in various contexts and clients
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
