About the Team

Our team at Jobtome-All is dedicated to providing exceptional support to our clients. As a Senior Application Solutions Expert, you will be working closely with our DevOps team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of updates.

• Main Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for Business Intelligence applications, ensuring their smooth operation and troubleshooting issues.
• Monitor and maintain Linux servers for the applications, handling performance issues and improving system reliability.
• Develop and maintain scripts using Shell scripting and Python to automate tasks and enhance application processes.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of updates.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to data processing and reporting in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Cognos).

• Key Skills
• Strong background in application support and DevOps.
• Proficiency in Linux, Shell scripting, and Python.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English (French is a plus).
