FedEx is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Consultant to join our research and development team. This role will focus on designing and implementing business intelligence solutions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Main Objectives:
  • Develop and execute business intelligence solutions to identify key drivers of business growth and improvement
  • Work closely with marketing teams to design and launch targeted research initiatives that meet business objectives
  • Analyze data from various sources, including surveys and feedback platforms, to identify trends and patterns
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and consumer trends, applying this knowledge to continually improve our business intelligence solutions
  • Requirements
  • To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Sociology, or Psychology
  • At least 3 years of experience in business intelligence and analysis, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights
  • Expertise in using Voice of the Customer platforms, such as Qualtrics, to create, manage, and analyze dashboards
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders, with a strong understanding of cross-cultural and regional awareness
