Role Description

This full-time hybrid role focuses on providing data-driven insights within the Customer Intelligence department in Lisbon.

  • To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyse data, think critically, and solve complex problems. This is essential for translating business needs into effective technical requirements and analytical solutions.
  • Data Modelling Expertise: Solid knowledge and practical experience in data modelling techniques and best practices. This expertise is crucial for creating and implementing advanced segmentation models that deepen our understanding of customer behaviours, needs, and preferences.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to the executive committee.
  • Customer Segmentation Proficiency: Experience in customer segmentation projects, with the ability to derive valuable insights for targeted strategies. This proficiency enables the development of personalized strategies that maximize business value.
  • Business Understanding: A solid understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) in the banking context and the ability to analyse their impact on the business.
  • Collaborative and Independent Work Ethic: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and to collaborate with data-related partners.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's/Postgraduate degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Analytics, preferably within the banking sector, with a focus on Customer insights.
