We're seeking a talented Head of IT Analytics to join our team. As the leader of our analytics function within the IT department, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive analytics strategy. This involves managing a team of data professionals, collaborating with various departments, and driving data-driven decision-making.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. They'll be responsible for:
• Developing and executing a strategic vision for IT analytics in alignment with company goals.
• Managing and leading a high-performing analytics team.
• Aligning the needs across functional areas to maximize the value of the global platform and avoid duplication of effort.
• Designing and implementing data analytics solutions to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytics initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Minimum 15 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, is required.
