- The role of a Reporting & Analytics Application Specialist is to provide solutions and information for strategic purchasing decisions in the Tires Sector. Key responsibilities include:

- Adjusting and optimizing Business Intelligence applications based on SAP BW, MS Power BI, etc.">
- Developing new reports according to requirements of Tire Purchasing (including training of users).">
- Ensuring consistent and efficient usage of data across different system platforms for reporting and decision making within Tire Purchasing.">
- Automating data management processes related to reporting / monitoring of KPIs.">
- ">
Main activities consist of projects related to:

- Operations and General level related:
- ">
- ">
- Assuring availability, correctness and quality of data content and applications in cooperation with IT.">
- Taking full business ownership of reporting & analytics applications.">
- Communication with internal stakeholders.">
- Supporting users in Purchasing community (centrally, plant level, business areas).">
- Developing ideas to enhance the usability and effective usage of data within the organization.">

- Qualifications
- ">
- ">
- University degree preferably in Business Administration/Information Management or similar.">
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Systems design & implementation / Experience in Purchasing or Controlling.">
- Experience and ability to work in international environment.">
- Advanced analytical skills (Methodical & Technical).">
- Knowledge about SAP MM/BI/SRM and Cloud Technology (Data Lake/Power BI).">
- Understanding about Purchasing Process (for RM and NPM).">
- Basic Knowledge of Project Management Skills.">
- Good communication skills.">
- Good English capabilities (minimum B2 European level).">
