• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies that improve processes and drive measurable outcomes.\
• Conduct deep dives into company performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure KPIs align with overarching business objectives.\
• Analyze and enhance key performance metrics across customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation to optimize business efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.\
• Solve complex, real-world challenges by leveraging data to deliver practical solutions that enhance operational excellence and fuel company growth.\

• Requirements

• Proven data analytics expertise: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth e-commerce or retail environment.\
• Fluency in English: Exceptional communication skills enabling effective collaboration with global teams and presentation of complex data insights to diverse audiences.\
• Outstanding technical skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, Looker, and dbt, with a proven track record of querying large datasets, building complex reports, and developing scalable data models.\
• Mastery of data visualization and reporting tools: Deep familiarity with tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, with a talent for transforming raw data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.\
• Analytical problem-solver: A natural problem-solver with a passion for tackling complex business challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering innovative, data-driven solutions.\
