Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Intelligence Director to lead our data-driven decision making and performance insights across the MLH Region. This role will play a critical part in shaping and implementing regional BI strategies, tools, and reporting practices that drive business growth and operational excellence.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement regional BI strategies, tools, and reporting practices to support business growth and operational excellence
• Collaborate with the Global COO Office to align regional BI efforts with global objectives
• Drive data-led decision making and performance insights across multiple countries
• Lead a team of BI professionals to deliver high-quality insights and recommendations
• Maintain expertise in BI and BPO best practices to inform strategic decisions
