About This Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist for Business Intelligence to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing data models and pipelines that support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.

• Responsibilities:
• Define best practices for data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration with other data engineers and analytics engineers.
• Map data fields to hypotheses and curate, wrangle, and prepare data for use in advanced analytical models with business analysts and data scientists.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure data collection and data availability.
• Design, enhance, implement, and monitor ELT/ETL data pipelines.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and well-documented datasets for analytics and reporting by owning the transformation and modeling layer of our data stack.
• Automate processes for gathering and exposing internal data to stakeholders.
• Optimize data pipelines and SQL transformations for performance and scalability in a cloud-based environment.
• Guarantee data quality both on live systems as well as offline datasets.
