Job Description

• The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Power BI and experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to BI platforms. Familiarity with fundamental concepts of platform management and user administration is also required. The successful candidate will be able to configure and customize platforms according to business requirements and handle customer inquiries and issue resolution in complex environments following ITIL principles.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI
• Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to BI platforms
• Familiarity with fundamental concepts of platform management and user administration
• Ability to configure and customize platforms according to business requirements
• Experience handling customer inquiries and issue resolution in complex environments
• Practical experience with Qlik (on prem and cloud)
• Deep understanding of IT systems, platform security, and data protection regulations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to identify platform performance issues, diagnose and resolve complex technical problems
• Experience collaborating with internal technical teams and support experts
• Knowledge of automating operational processes to improve efficiency
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience with multi-national teams
• German skills
