• Job Description
• Supervise analysis of competitors, market trends, products, channels, customers, and consumer behavior.
• Lead the launch of commercial products, ensuring clear communication and training for sales teams.
• Develop reports, presentations, and training materials to support the Sales & Marketing departments.
• Work closely with logistics to enhance sales forecasts using internal and external insights.
• Support communications initiatives, ensuring seamless dissemination of product information.
• Prepare reports and statistical analysis to assist in budget planning with Marketing and Sales leadership.
• Represent Iberia at international Product and BI meetings, coordinating key initiatives with headquarters.
• Lead and mentor a team, ensuring strong execution of action plans.

• The Successful Applicant
• Degree in Business Management, Economics, Business Analytics or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics.
• Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong analytical mindset, capable of structuring and interpreting complex data.
• Ability to synthesize insights from multiple sources into clear, actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a simple way.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Fluent in English (Spanish and Portuguese are a plus).
