Catch the ride!ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted partner to business teams , building an Analytics Community of business leaders and individual contributors, inspired by Data and Technology.Identify and address gaps in current business processes , proactively suggest- driven solutions to streamline workflows, generate value and improve operational efficiency.Lead the adoption of Self-Service Analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Superset, Metabase, etc), enabling business- users to independently access, generate, and leverage data insights.Drive Data Literacy , through managing onboarding roadmaps, training, and mentoring of business stakeholders, building their confidence and proficiency in Analytics tools.Collaborate- functionally with Data, Analytics and Tech teams, to ensure development and deployment of reliable Data Products and other Data Platform components.Monitor and measure the adoption and effectiveness of Self-Service Analytics solutions , proactively addressing user challenges and continuously improving UX, engagement and value.Requirements3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or similar role with a proven track record of delivering impactful analytics solutions.Demonstrated business acumen , with experience translating complex business needs into practical,- focused analytics solutions.Proven experience driving the adoption of Analytics solutions and successfully managing Analytics projects-- end, including onboarding, training, mentoring, and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.Strong expertise in analytics tools (e.g., SQL and Power BI required; Python, Tableau, Metabase, or Superset advantageous), with the ability and passion to teach and enable others.Exceptional communication skills , able to effectively convey complex Data and technical concepts in simple, relatable terms to- technical stakeholders.Self-driven- solver , passionate about enabling others through data and analytics, with a natural talent for fostering enthusiasm around analytics and- driven transformation.Fluent in English (C1 level or equivalent), skilled in developing clear and effective training and onboarding materials for diverse user groups.Background in a STEM degree , relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.What do we offer?Competitive salaries based on your professional experienceAnnual vacation of 25 working days and 1 additional day off on your birthdayMeals AllowanceHealthcare InsuranceMental Wellbeing Program- providing you and your immediate family members with free and confidential mental and physical health support services for a wide range of personal and- related issues.AUTODOC Corporate DiscountOpportunities for advancement, further trainings (over 650 courses on soft and hard skills on our- learning platform) and coachingFree English and German language classesReferral Program with attractive incentivesFlexible working hours and hybrid workFast growing international company with stable employmentJoin us today and let’s create a success story together!
