About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled data analyst to join our team. As a data analyst, you will work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers to extract, clean, and analyze our firm's people data.

You will develop fluency in our people systems and combine this with your analytical knowledge to help translate rigorous analysis into business solutions. You will be heavily involved in the transition from Excel based and other database delivery of BI Analytics to self-serve platforms.

• Combine analytical knowledge with technical skills to deliver business solutions

• About You:
• 1+ years of relevant professional experience in analytics
• Bachelor's or advanced professional degree with a focus in data analytics, mathematics, computer science, statistics, econometrics, or social science-organizational-operations research
• Ability to intuit, understand and communicate the meaning of data analyses with individuals in a wide range of strategic and operational roles
• Familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced analytical tools such as R, Python, and other packages
