About the Role:

This Business Insights Analyst is a critical member of the team, responsible for driving business success by delivering exceptional analytical insights and solutions.

• The ideal candidate will have high-level analytical skills, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail while prioritizing multiple objectives in a dynamic environment.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic support to executive leadership on planning and decision-making processes;
• Develop and implement reporting solutions, analytical modeling, and visualizations;
• Identify and analyze key business indicators to inform stakeholder decisions;
• Create timely, relevant, and accurate analyses of operational and business data;
• Provide expertise in statistics, data visualization, machine learning, and other analytical specialties;
• Stay up-to-date with new tools and techniques to drive results;
• Analyze strategic and tactical business and operational questions;
• Collaborate with business partners to explore business and operational problems;
• Develop and implement solutions to improve forecasting performance, cross-functional communication, and integrated planning;
• Communicate complex ideas simply and effectively;
• Author reports and presentations summarizing/explaining insights effectively;
• Support corporate initiatives with detailed, comprehensive presentations;
• Develop and support other analysts through collaboration, mentoring, and guidance;
• Foster strong business partner relationships through active listening and feedback.
