You are a key player in developing and implementing business intelligence solutions. As a Middle Business Intelligence Analyst, your primary responsibility is to build a strong Analytics Community within the organization.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business teams to identify areas for improvement and suggest data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement Self-Service Analytics tools to empower business users with real-time insights.
• Mentor and train stakeholders to increase their proficiency in data analysis and visualization.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Data Products and other platform components.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics roles, such as BI Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Business acumen with experience in translating complex business needs into actionable insights.
• Strong background in analytics tools, including SQL and Power BI, with the ability to train others.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
