Generative AI Consultant

Rekover is an AI-powered insurtech SaaS redefining how insurance companies handle claims, detect fraud, and reduce operational inefficiencies. We’re looking for a Generative AI Consultant to work closely with our team and customers to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge GenAI solutions that bring real value to the insurance industry.

This role is a mix of hands-on development, customer-facing collaboration, and creative problem-solving. You'll be working with real-world use cases — from summarizing documents to automating decisions and answering complex insurance questions using AI.

• You might be a fit if you:
• Have 1+ years of experience developing with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, open source models, etc.)
• Are fluent in Python, and experienced with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack
• Know how to build RAG pipelines, vector search, prompt engineering, and evaluation loops
• Have worked on LLM apps in production, not just prototypes
• Understand insurance workflows or are eager to learn how insurance claims, policies, and processes work
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Have a strong consulting mindset: you listen, adapt, and deliver impact quickly

• Responsibilities:
• Work with Rekover’s customers to understand their needs and define GenAI use cases
• Build MVPs and production-ready GenAI tools (e.g., claim assistants, report generators, chatbot interfaces)
• Design and optimize prompt strategies, data pipelines, and model selection
• Collaborate with full stack and data engineers to integrate solutions into the Rekover platform
• Document your work and help scale successful solutions across other clients

• Bonus (but not required):
• Prior experience in insurance, legal, or financial services
• Familiarity with compliance, data privacy, and AI safety principles
• Experience with cloud infra (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, and APIs
