• Job Responsibilities:
• Gather technical requirements for system enhancements and participate in the change request process for both technical and functional updates.
• Support technical testing efforts to ensure smooth production deliveries and assist in launching and following up on assigned initiatives.
• Help ensure project deadlines and schedules are met by identifying gaps or weaknesses in products and suggesting improvements when necessary.
• Communicate and apply project standards, prioritize tasks across multiple projects and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
