At the forefront of data-driven innovation, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Specialist with a focus on Power BI to join our growing data analytics team.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that align with business goals and user requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate those into technical solutions.
• Analyze data from various sources to create meaningful reports and visualizations that provide actionable business insights.
• Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data quality and consistency across all reporting solutions.
• Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and scalability.
• Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of Power BI solutions to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Implement and maintain governance and best practices in Power BI report development and data security.
• Integrate Power BI solutions with Azure Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, and Azure Fabric to ensure seamless access to high-quality data for reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in Power BI, Azure Fabric, and other related technologies to continuously enhance the reporting capabilities.
• Provide training and support to business users on how to effectively utilize Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and report optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management systems.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with Azure Fabric and its integration into data reporting solutions is a strong plus.
• Experience working with large datasets from multiple data sources, including SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, or similar cloud data environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and lead initiatives to improve the company's BI capabilities.
• Experience in implementing data governance and best practices for BI development.
