Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead the development of advanced data transformation solutions using Python. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data modeling techniques, particularly star schema design.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex data pipelines and ETL processes. They will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Data Engineers and contribute directly to project delivery with hands-on coding and implementation.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- The following qualifications are required for this role:
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering or related technical field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with data engineering and analytics projects
- Strong technical leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with data-intensive applications
