Job Description
As a Data Management Trainee, you will be an integral part of the HR Business Partners team, supporting various activities including career and employee lifecycle management, HR administrative processes, and audit requests. You will assist in implementing HR projects, managing data, and reporting. Additionally, you will contribute to redesigning and organizing HR resources and stay informed on the latest HR trends and competitor insights.
- Responsibilities
- Participate in activities led by the HR Business Partners, including lifecycle and administrative matters.
- Support HR project execution and data updates in HR tools.
- Assist in preparing documentation, KPIs, and metrics.
- Create dashboards to monitor initiatives' success and areas for improvement.
- Redesign and organize HR Resource Centers (e.g., shared folders).
- Document operational procedures and review HR policies with stakeholders.
- Research HR trends and competitor information to share with the team.
- Support HR Business Partners on various ad-hoc topics.
- Profile and Skills
- Academic background in Management or Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written).
- Excellent organization and time management abilities.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage projects.
