• The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service and a strong understanding of the work order lifecycle, scheduling, field mobility, and technician management.
• Key Responsibilities
• Bridging business and tech by writing user stories, supporting adoption, and leading functional testing.
• Developing expertise in Field Service and digital transformation.

• We offer a remote role with high visibility in the energy sector, ideally based in Portugal or Northern Spain (Asturias). Fluency in English is required.
