Data Analyst and Automation Specialist - Microsoft 365

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst and Automation Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering process documentation, training presentations, and managing various sprints to execute projects efficiently.

This role requires collaboration with colleagues to conduct workshops and support global standardization efforts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow, ITIL, Change and Stakeholder Management, Process Design/Improvement, and Scrum.
