Run workshops and interviews to gather business requirements and KPIs.
Liaise with stakeholders (executives, analysts, ops) to refine scope and validate reporting needs
Design, develop & maintain Power BI solutions
Build interactive, visually appealing dashboards and reports in Power BI.
Implement DAX calculations, Power Query transformations, star schema data models.
Integrate diverse data sources with Microsoft Fabric
Connect and harmonize data from SQL databases, Excel, APIs, ERP/CRM systems via Microsoft Fabric, Dataflows, Data Factory.
Configure gateways and pipelines to enable scheduled refreshes and real-time‑ insights.
Ensure data quality, governance & performance
Apply data governance best practices including Master Data Management, data lineage and access controls
Monitor and optimize dataset performance (incremental refresh, compression, query efficiency).
Train, support & evangelize
Provide training and documentation to enable business users to self serve‑ insights.
Promote data-driven decision making‑ across teams and support adoption of Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps.
Required Technical & Professional Expertise
Strong hands-on experience building reports in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service;
Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), semantic data models.
Proven experience building data pipelines and lakes within Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory or similar;
Familiar with Power BI Dataflows and Fabric workspaces.
Expertise in dimensional modelling (star/snowflake schemas) and MDM principles;
Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance best‑practices.
Hands‑on experience with ETL & Connectivity.Connect to varied data sources (SQL Server, APIs, Excel, Cloud systems, ERP/CRM);
Strong ETL skills using Power Query, ADF, or other Microsoft technologiesSQL proficiency (for writing queries, joins, indexing);
Familiarity with Power Apps and other Power Platform tools. AWS/Azure Fundamentals, scripting (e.g., Python) are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
4+ years in Power BI/analytics roles.
Excellent communication skills— able to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy
English fluency is mandatory
