Business Analyst - Data Scientist

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst - Data Scientist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

About the Role:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science and machine learning, with experience in end-to-end data science initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions that drive value.
• Higher education in a STEM related field, with major statistics or mathematics components.
• Five to ten years of experience in Data Science / ML projects.
• Professional experience in data understanding, preparation, modeling, and evaluation, and deployment.
• Solid command of data science concepts and principles - especially around EDA, modeling, and evaluation.
• Excellent fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Professional experience with Python and industry-standard Python data science / ML frameworks (e.g., pandas).
• Professional experience working with a cloud environment is mandatory, AWS highly preferred.
• Experience with LLM, RAG, and Generative AI technologies is highly preferred.
• Professional experience with Databricks is highly valued.
