About the Role:
Join a fast-paced, innovation-driven team focused on promoting digital financial solutions to institutional clients across Europe. As a Digital Solutions Analyst, you’ll be responsible for showcasing and implementing cutting-edge tools that enhance client experience and support digital transformation in financial services. - Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and pitch digital platforms and execution/content tools to corporate and institutional clients across Europe
- Support clients throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup
- Work closely with sales teams to align on digital engagement strategies
- Collect and share user feedback to support tool development and continuous improvement
- Monitor usage metrics such as activity rates, retention, and performance
- Drive adoption through targeted communication strategies and automated client journeys
- Tools & Tech:
- Excel (advanced level)
- Python (a strong plus)
- Familiarity with data analytics or automation tools is a plus
- Languages:
- English – Fluent (mandatory)
- French, German, Italian, Spanish – Preferred
- Profile:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field
- Experience in sales, account management, or client-facing roles with exposure to institutional clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interest in financial markets and digital innovation
- Analytical thinker, curious, and results-driven
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region occasionally
