We seek a Business Analyst willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

Hybrid working mode with base in Lisbon.

We're leading an exciting project focused on building a strong, scalable data foundation to drive enterprise-wide decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key areas of impact include:

✅ Defining and aligning data strategy with senior management, maximizing data quality and minimizing costs

✅ Leading the development of scalable, reliable data foundations to support core business operations

✅ Driving cross-functional initiatives to foster a data-driven culture across all departments

✅ Establishing and evolving robust data governance frameworks and secure data management practices

✅ Overseeing the design and scalability of data architecture with performance and efficiency in mind

✅ Managing the full data lifecycle—collection, integration, storage, and maintenance

✅ Mentoring and leading a high-performing Data Engineering team with a focus on innovation and improvement

✅ Acting as the key liaison between the Data Department and business stakeholders to translate needs into effective data solutions

✅ Delivering strategic reporting on data quality, usage, and pipeline efficiency to support business decisions

✅ Enabling timely, accurate reporting to support data-driven strategies at the leadership level

• Strong focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run
• Deep understanding of modern data engineering practices and architecture

• Strategic thinker with strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Skilled in conflict resolution, stakeholder engagement, and navigating internal blockers
