We’re hiring a Data Warehouse & BI Engineer | Lisbon | Hybrid

Join a fast-growing company on a mission to make data meaningful! We're looking for a skilled and motivated Data Warehouse & BI Engineer to design, optimize, and deliver smart data solutions that power business decision-making across teams.

You'll be part of a collaborative Data team, bridging the gap between data analysis and data science, and helping build a robust, scalable data warehouse ecosystem using SQL Server (SSIS, SSAS), Power BI, and modern data architecture principles.

  • ???? Your responsibilities will include:
  • Design and maintain data warehouse models and architectures
  • Develop & optimize ETL pipelines using SSIS
  • Support dashboards and reporting with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
  • Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and business teams
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity
  • Handle ad-hoc analysis and support data governance
  • ???? Your profile:
  • 2–4 years of experience in BI, ETL, and data warehousing
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL, SSIS, SSAS
  • Experience creating Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Understanding of data governance and data security
  • Comfortable working 3x/week on-site in Lisbon
  • Fluent in Portuguese (C1) and English (B2)
  • ???? Nice to have:
  • Experience with Azure Synapse, Snowflake, or BigQuery
  • Familiarity with Python or R
  • Certifications in ETL / Power BI / Scrum
  • Knowledge of Data Vault architecture

???? Location: Lisbon (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)
