We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and optimizing processes, developing ETL pipelines, and creating impactful reports and dashboards using the Qlik platform.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Document detailed business and functional requirements for reports, dashboards, and process improvements.
• Design, document, and optimize business processes to improve data workflows and reporting efficiency.
• Develop and maintain automated ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources.
• Create customized reports and interactive dashboards using QlikView/Qlik Sense or other tools.
• Test data solutions, including integration and user acceptance testing.
• Provide operational support for reporting environments, including monitoring and troubleshooting data issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data solutions and adapt to evolving business needs.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with QlikView and/or Qlik Sense development.
• Experience developing and managing ETL processes.
• Knowledge of designing and documenting business processes.
• Strong SQL skills and data integration methodologies.
• Experience working with multiple data sources and integrating them into reporting solutions.
• Leadership or advisory experience in data projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
