- Lead data and automation projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their needs into scalable data solutions
- Architect robust ETL processes and integrate diverse data sources into our systems
- Build advanced dashboards and reports that enable teams to monitor performance and drive decisions
- Use statistical analysis and modeling techniques to optimize segmentation, customer profiling, and forecasting
- Promote best practices in data storytelling, ensuring insights are clear and actionable
- Develop digital tools and applications that improve internal operations and streamline workflows
- Drive innovation by researching and introducing emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning
- Proactively identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains across the business
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the evolution of our data culture and capabilities
- Perfil ideal
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
- Strong command of data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Proficient in SQL and experienced with data warehouse technologies (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, Oracle)
- Familiarity with workflow automation and data processing tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power Automate, KNIME, SSIS); programming skills in Python or R are an advantage
- Fluency in English is required
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data to business impact
- Effective communication who can engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
