Job Opportunity for Data Analyst

• We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to drive business decisions.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Support requirement gathering, analysis, and definition by translating business processes into scalable reporting solutions.
• Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to fulfill reporting demands.
• Design, develop, and maintain data models within Snowflake to support reporting needs.
• Continuously optimize and refine existing reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their reporting and analytics needs.
• Provide training and guidance to business users on interpreting data and reports.
• Ensure data consistency, quality, and governance across the organization.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest business intelligence and data analytics best practices.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Degree in a relevant field such as business intelligence or data analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in a business intelligence or data analysis role.
• Expertise in data visualization and reporting tools like Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Understanding of data modeling, governance, and quality principles.
