???? What should be in your superpowers toolkit?

  • You’ve got solid Python and SQL skills that make complex data look easy. ????????
  • You’re a Spark expert, especially in ETL, RDD architecture, RDD optimizations, and DataFrame transformations. ⚡????
  • You’re confident with pytest and ready to take unit testing to the next level within your team. ????????????
  • You’ve worked hands-on with the Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, MapReduce, Kafka, Yarn). ????️????️
  • You feel at home implementing CI/CD pipelines and driving automation across the team. ????�
  • You’re familiar with containers like Docker. ????????
  • You have knowledge of cloud platforms such as Databricks. ☁️????

???? Extra kudos if you also have:

  • Experience with orchestration tools like Kedro, KubeFlow, Airflow, or Argo. ????????️
  • You’ve built custom integrations between cloud systems using APIs. ????☁️
  • You have experience working with MongoDB. ????????
  • ???? Soft skills and leadership:
  • Profile with ambition to progress to technical leadership; �
  • Good communication skills with technical and functional teams; ????
  • Proactivity, critical thinking and autonomy; ????⚡
  • Ideally, some previous experience as a technical referent or technical point of contact (even without formal leadership responsibility). ????
