At the heart of our Data & IA Tribe, the D4W & CoE Squad is driving the evolution of ROAD—our enterprise-wide Data Governance platform powered by Collibra.
ROAD is more than a tool—it’s our central hub for connecting metadata and unlocking a shared understanding of data across business lines, IT, and international entities. From data lineage to quality, it enables a 360° view and supports the industrialisation of data management practices.
???? As a Data Management Tool Expert, I work as a Business Analyst within the squad, ensuring ROAD evolves in line with the needs of our data offices—both at HQ and globally. Together with our Product Owner, I manage the product backlog, deliver roadmap-driven enhancements, and bridge the gap between technical implementation and business value.
???? With a strong grasp of Collibra and a deepening expertise in data management within insurance and banking, I collaborate closely with Business and IT Data Officers to make data governance scalable, collaborative, and impactful.
Technical Skills:
- Collibra Intelligence platform expert or a former advanced user of data management tools with the will to learn new skills.
- First experience in a data office or on a data management project
- Agile experience
- A first experience in Banking/insurance environment is a plus
- Good written and oral communication skills (clarity, synthesis, pedagogy) associated with an excellent team spirit
- Proven analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements.
- English

- Open to international travel as part of cross-border collaboration and project delivery
