This is how we perform at our best and achieve greater success.The positionReporting to the BI team lead, you will join a team of four, all forming part of our Global Finance Organisation. You will join a company on an exciting journey, with a clear ambition of becoming continuously more insight driven through data, which makes the BI team a central part of our Global growth strategy.In this role, you will get the opportunity to take ownership of internal BI projects and thereby become a key sparring partner for senior stakeholders throughout the organisation.Primary responsibilitiesYou will be a central part in the BI team contribute to the ongoing tasks, which among others include:
- Identifying and addressing the BI needs in teams across the organisation- Acting as a sparring partner for senior managers and becoming a “go-to” person regarding BI for their team- Gathering business requirements through communication with internal customers- Evaluate and improve existing BI landscape- Design, describe and build Power BI reports- Developing and maintaining SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages as well as SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) Tabular models in conjunction with the senior BI analysts- Maintain and change Power BI reports- Documentation of the BI solution and processes- Ad hoc analysis and supporting end-users in the use of HBK Global reportsYou will contribute to the continuing development of our BI organization and will get the opportunity to have an impact in a vibrant department.Professional qualificationsYou have a higher education at Bachelor/Master level or above within IT, Computer Science, Business Economics or similar, or equivalent work experience.Additionally, the following applies:
- Proven BI experience and experience with Microsoft suite, such as SQL server, SSIS, SSAS Tabular and preferably familiar with Power BI.- You have good understanding of cloud solutions as well best practice BI architecture.- Knowledge of integration to SAP ERP and Salesforce would be preferred.- You can take independent responsibility for your work areas and at the same time be part of a dynamic team collaboration.- You have great communication skills and speak English at a professional level or above, both orally and in writing.Personal skills- A strong analytical mindset and highly detailed oriented- Service minded and customer oriented- Cooperative and flexible- A pro-active and ambitious approach to your work and career
