A technology company with a leading e-commerce platform for vehicle parts and accessories in Europe is now looking to hire an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst.
Job Description:
As a Senior BI Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and understanding business needs and translating them into data solutions. You will design, develop, and deploy advanced analytical solutions to support data-driven decision making, deliver clear insights through interactive, user-friendly Power BI dashboards, identify patterns, trends, and business metrics to support strategic decisions, follow and promote best practices to ensure high data quality and reliability, mentor junior team members and support their professional growth, and collaborate with the Data Engineering team to define and develop reliable data sources.
- Requirements:
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Power BI
- Experience with Python for data processing
- Solid understanding of visual best practices and dashboard UX
- Familiarity with e-commerce
- Strong communication skills - able to clearly explain insights to stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- Proactive team player with strong collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to details
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Open to feedback, continuous learning, and sharing knowledge
