Job Overview
About the Position:
The Data Insights Specialist will be responsible for preparing data analytics reports, assisting in data pipeline development, and supporting database parameter management through SQL implementations.
- Key Responsibilities Include:
- Carrying out tasks related to the preparation of data analytics reports associated with products;
- Assisting in data pipeline development;
- Supporting database parameter management and configuration updates through SQL implementations;
- Carrying out reports, dashboards, and analyses, guaranteeing their quality standards;
- Assisting in the sharing of information resulting from product analyses and alerting respective areas to main conclusions;
- Assisting in the control of data associated with products on issues related to process establishment;
- Working with operations teams on optimizing and building processes.
- Requirements:
- Knowledge of SQL for data querying, basic joins, and database manipulation with understanding of relational database concepts;
- PowerBI fundamentals including creating visualizations, basic DAX formulas, and Power Query for simple data transformations;
- Python programming basics with familiarity in data analysis and willingness to develop automation skills;
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data patterns and support data-driven decision making;
- Fluency in English;
- Autonomy and ability to resolve conflicts;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and departments.
