The Opportunity The Regional Business Intelligence Director for the MLH Region will be an integral part of the MLH regional team. This role is responsible for adopting global processes, tools, metrics, and reports, as well as creating specific reports and views needed to monitor the performance of the MLH region. The director will provide valuable insights to the president of the region and will have support from the GBS team in Europe and/or local teams within the region. The Responsibilities Adopt and implement global processes, tools, metrics, and reports within the BI teams of the MLH region. Create and manage specific reports to monitor regional performance, including New Business Development reports and Human Resources reports, among others. Provide valuable insights and recommendations to the president of the MLH region. Collaborate with the GBS team in Europe and local support teams within the region to develop and fulfill reporting requirements. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Business Intelligence and data analytics. The Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence areas. Proficiency in Power BI and Azure/SQL skills. Six Sigma certification is desirable. Predictive analytics and Artificial Intelligence knowledge is desirable. Strong knowledge of Statistics. Demonstrated experience in the BPO sector and contact center, particularly in areas such as Workforce Management (WFM), Quality Assurance (QA), and Human Resources (HR). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
