Business Analyst – Hybrid (Porto) What we are looking for Hard skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 5–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or a technology-driven environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Solid knowledge of business analysis methodologies (e.g., process mapping, SWOT) and documentation tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Fluency in English Fluency in French (it's a plus).
