This is a remote position. Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Location: Portugal based Work Regime: Full-time & Remote Overview / Summary: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our company! Responsibilities and Tasks: Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of requirements, including BRDs, functional specifications, and user stories; Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment; Support the definition and tracking of KPIs and BI requirements to enable data-driven decision-making; Perform data analysis using SQL to validate requirements and support business insights; Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams in Agile environments to ensure timely and accurate delivery; Coordinate and provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT); Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with senior stakeholders.
