The position of Head of Data is part of the transformation team at AXA Partners. AXA Partners is an AXA transversal business unit offering a wide range of solutions in assistance services, travel insurance and credit protection. For this role, we are looking for a dynamic person, with strong organizational and leadership skills and a focus on achieving the proposed objectives. Must have solid knowledge in Business Intelligence and data analysis.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You'll be a perfect fit if you give a thumbs up to the following taks:
  • Management of the BI & Reporting team
  • Evolutionary and corrective maintenance of DWH processes and other custom-developed applications
  • Ensure the availability of quality information and in a timely manner (to internal and external customers)
  • Process analysis, optimization and resolution of technical problems
  • Promote maintenance and improvement of existing processes
  • Creation of new reports and ad-hoc analysis
  • Your main responsabilities will be:
  • * Creation of new reports and updating of existing ones
  • Ensuring data reliability and quality
  • Ensuring the availability of information necessary for the management
  • Respond in a timely manner to internal and external customers
  • Support to the finance team ensuring data integrity
  • Improvement of existing processes
  • Team management
  • �What you’ll bring:
  • Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Solid knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Business Intelligence Suite (SSIS; SSRS; SSAS)
  • Knowledge of PowerBI (DAX)
  • Knowledge of C# (Framework .Net is an asset)
  • Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience:
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Facility to organize and manage tasks
  • Customer focus
  • Fluent/Native in Portuguese
  • English - excelent level - spoken and written
  • Experience in this type of role and in team management
