Job Title: Junior Business Analyst / MX Analytics
Location: Remote based in Portugal
Terms: Permanent Contract / Full-Time 40h weekly
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 12:00 to 20h30

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to support our client OURA’s Member Experience (MX) Analytics team. You’ll play a key role in helping our client maintain and improve Tableau dashboards, refresh recurring data reports, and triage incoming questions from stakeholders. You'll report directly to the BI Manager and collaborate closely with OURA’s Member Experience team and external partners. This is a great role for someone curious about data, excited to learn new tools, and eager to support a fast-moving customer experience org.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The successful candidate will be supporting a team providing support for our amazing partner, Oura Health, makers of the renowned Oura Ring. The Oura Ring is a smart ring used by over 1 million people globally to track the likes of stress, illness detection, women’s health, heart rate and more.
- WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Regularly work with the OURA Business Intelligence (BI) team for Member Experience
- Act as a first responder for Tableau dashboard questions from internal and external teams
- QA Tableau views regularly to ensure filters, formatting, and metrics are working correctly
- Refresh monthly manual data reports manually from tools like Decagon, Amplitude, and others
- Make light formatting or layout changes in Tableau based on stakeholder requests
- Use Unwrap.ai to fulfil simple reporting requests (e.g., add/remove Groups, adjust views)
- Help identify and test when something seems “off” in reporting, based on user feedback
- Monitor Slack or email channels for common reporting issues or questions
- Support lightweight ad-hoc analysis (e.g., Zendesk ticket trends or volume shifts)
- ABOUT YOU
- What We're Looking For
- Comfortable working with data and digital tools—no need for SQL, but curiosity is a plus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and not afraid to ask questions when something isn’t clear
- Able to stay organized across multiple recurring tasks and requests
- Strong communicator—able to work with internal and external partners professionally
- Interested in growing technical skills (we’ll teach you Tableau, Unwrap.ai, and even light SQL or AI tooling if you’re up for it)
- Nice to Haves (Not Required)
- Experience using Tableau (even as a user)
- Strong understanding around Zendesk Support tickets and MX Support operations
- Exposure to reporting tools (Tableau, Amplitude, Zendesk Explore, etc)
- Interest in automation, AI tools, or data documentation
