Job DescriptionAs a Senior Specialist Business Intelligence and Development, you'll play a key role in driving business decisions by conducting- depth studies and analyzing market trends. Your findings will help us understand the semiconductor market, identify opportunities for growth, and make informed decisions about resource allocation, ultimately supporting- management- making and increasing profitability. You'll be part of the Business Intelligence and Development (BID) team and contribute to its success, while also collaborating with other departments within the Power and Sensor Systems (PSS) Division on a wide range of projects and initiatives. In your new role you will:Work with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and improve our market model for Power Semiconductor Solutions (PSS)Help create a strategy for PSS by analyzing market trends, identifying key questions, and assessing business opportunities and risksAnalyze our product and business portfolios, as well as our competitors, to identify areas for improvementCollaborate with the Strategy Department on potential mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects.Assist with reporting and data analysis for the division and business lines, both internally and externallyProvide- hoc analysis and insights to support top management- makingUse your business and market expertise to support projects and drive improvements in internal processes and systems. Your ProfileAs Senior Specialist Business Intelligence and Development, you understand the importance of reliable data in driving business success and are skilled at providing valuable insights to partners and customers to support growth. With excellent communication skills, you can break down complex topics into clear and concise information and effectively share your opinions while respecting the views of others. You have experience in stakeholder management, project and process management, and thrive in a team environment that values open cooperation, exchange, and a- quality working atmosphere. You are best equipped for this task if you have:A degree in economics, business, or management with a strong interest in physics and engineering, or a degree in physics or electrical engineering with business knowledge1-3 years of experience in a related field, such as controlling, consulting, strategy, market analysis, or banking, preferably in a large international companyA passion for learning about the semiconductor market and combining that knowledge with business acumenExcellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex topics to both technical and- technical audiencesAbility to work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage multiple stakeholdersProficient in Excel and PowerPointExcellent English language skills, with knowledge of German being a plus.
