Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications

Create and maintain detailed functional documentation

Develop test cases and perform functional testing

Assist in the implementation and configuration of software solutions

Support end-users during the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase

Provide ongoing support and training to users

Participate in project meetings and provide updates on functional aspects

Work closely with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions

Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of solutions

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

Minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial sector

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

EU citizenship or a Portuguese work visa / Portuguese residency

Availability to work from the office twice a week

Nice To Have

Knowledge of Azure DevOps

Relevant certifications such as ITIL, ISTQB, or CBAP

Experience with Agile methodologies

Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
