Design and implement ETL processes and data pipelines that feed both reporting systems and AI model training. Build and deploy AI-powered features including predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent recommendations. Collaborate closely with product teams to translate business requirements into- driven AI solutions. Optimize data processing systems and AI model performance to ensure scalable, reliable product features. What you'll bring Background in data engineering with experience in ETL processes, data pipelines, and analytics systems. Knowledge of MLOps practices and AI model lifecycle management in SaaS environments. Strong product engineering mindset - you understand how technical decisions impact user experience and business outcomes. Proficiency with business intelligence tools (Power BI, SQL Server) and modern AI/ML frameworks and cloud platforms. Fluency in English and Portuguese Tech Infrastructure: Azure, Terraform Data & Analytics: SQL Server, Power BI Backend & Frontend:.NET, Blazor Development & Collaboration: GitHub, Claude Code, MS Teams, MS Loop, Miro
