For us, diversity is a real value, and we encourage connecting different perspectives with respect._ Job Description Summary : Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the business to understand their reporting needs, translating it into actionable data-based and data-driven solutions, products, and use cases. Develop business intelligence and advanced analytics solutions to problems across the business, to deliver value, increase efficiency, and enhance data-driven decision-making. Improve front-end reporting solutions to ensure dashboards and reports are visually engaging and functional. Troubleshoot UX/UI issues to enhance the user experience and interaction. Manage ETL and data management of the reporting across the company to ensure reporting solutions are accurate, reliable, and kept up to date regarding any changes the business would require. Design and implement the core reporting of the company, in line with the overall data infrastructure and platforms. Technical skills Expertise in the use of data analytics and visualization software such as Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit, and Grafana, or similar. Hands-on expertise in business communication tools. Proficiency in Python programming for data analytics and visualization (or R, or equivalent language). Proficiency in database querying languages such as SQL and equivalent. Business skills Strong business acumen with an ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights for business stakeholders. Experience working directly with business users to assess their needs and propose solutions that align with business strategies. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Objectives driven, team spirit, autonomy, initiative, and ownership. Education and Qualifications MSC’s degree in a STEM field or related discipline. Strong expertise in data visualization, design principles, and front-end development. 5 years of experience in data-related roles, such as analytics, reporting, and engineering, with demonstrated hands-on proficiency in relevant tools. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven, impactful reporting solutions. Travel requirements and working place Position to be considered across geographies in which Nadara has offices. Hybrid working regime (office and work from home). Travelling occasionally required.
