Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a curious and analytical AI Analyst to help us identify, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions across our property operations and customer experience. You’ll work on automating workflows, analyzing data to improve performance, and supporting the development of AI tools (like chatbots and smart operations systems). This role is ideal for someone passionate about applied AI, with a strong problem-solving mindset and interest in how technology can transform the real estate space.

Responsibilities:

• AI Integration & Automation
• Analyze current business and guest-facing workflows to identify automation opportunities using AI and no-code tools.
• Lead the migration of manual processes to intelligent, scalable AI systems.
• Collaborate with Unlimit’s tech team to explore and implement relevant AI solutions and tools (e.g., chatbots, data enrichment, NLP, task automation).
• Continuously refine and expand our proprietary AI guest communication system (training provided).
• Track and report on AI impact and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Product & Data Management
• Collect, structure, and manage data to train and improve AI models and databases.
• Coordinate with external developers or service providers to align product features with operational goals.
• Support the development of new digital assets (e.g., website, booking platform, internal dashboards).

• Strategy & Expansion Support
• Work with the Unlimit team on market research and competitive analysis regarding hospitality tech and AI trends.
• Provide technical insight and documentation for fundraising and expansion projects.
• Participate in investor meetings or pitches when technical input is needed.

Interests:

Strong interest in AI applications, business automation, digital transformation, and hospitality innovation.

Languages:

Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).

• Skills:
• Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) or willingness to learn.
• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Notion AI, Zapier, Make, Airtable) is a plus.
• Ability to communicate technical processes clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, or automation logic is a strong advantage.
