We are looking for a Full-remote Business Intelligence Analyst to join the team of our client - a global company in the industry sector.
- What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
- Design, develop and optimise reports and dashboards in Power BI, ensuring usability, performance and scalability;
- Create, maintain and refine semantic data models for Power BI, enabling consistent reporting across functions;
- Implement effective DAX calculations and measures, ensuring correctness, efficiency and best practice design;
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to capture reporting requirements and translate them into reliable BI solutions;
- Provide guidance and training on Power BI usage, governance and self-service BI principles;
- Ensure integration with backend data sources provided through Microsoft Fabric;
- Act as a change agent in the transition away from legacy tools (OnPrem SQL Server, Synapse Serverless, Export2DataLake) towards Microsoft Fabric.
- What is required from you?
- Degree in Data, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Minimum 03 years of experience in Power BI (reporting, visualisation, DAX, data modelling, optimisation);
- Strong knowledge of data modelling concepts (dimensional/star schema, semantic modelling);
- Ability to design user-friendly dashboards and reports that balance clarity with analytical depth;
- Strong SQL knowledge (queries, views, stored procedures);
- Experience in the Business Intelligence domain (Data Management, Reporting, Data Warehousing);
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment;
- Strong problem-solving skills and pragmatic, hands-on approach;
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
