This professional should be able to do analysis and development of software applications in the field of analytical systems (Business Intelligence systems). Responsibilities and Tasks: Analyze and develop software applications for analytical systems (Business Intelligence). Design, model, and implement relational and multidimensional databases. Maintain and optimize Business Intelligence system architectures, including Microsoft Fabric solutions. Requirements Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. +3 years of experience in BI application development, including Microsoft Fabric. Skilled in relational/multidimensional modeling and tools: SQL Server, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, Fabric. Knowledge of statistics and data processing. Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret large financial and operational datasets from internal and external sources.Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).Identify financial trends, performance drivers, and insights that support decision‑making across the organization. Business Intelligence DevelopmentBuild, optimize, and maintain financial BI solutions end‑to‑end, including ETL processes, data models, and dashboards.Work with stakeholders to define key financial metrics (KPIs) and reporting requirements.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all financial BI outputs. Stakeholder CollaborationPartner closely with Finance and business teams to understand analytical needs and translate them into impactful BI solutions.Present insights and recommendations to senior management in a clear, structured, and finance‑savvy manner.Train users on BI tools, dashboards, and best practices, with a focus on finance‑related reporting. Data Governance & QualitySupport data governance efforts by documenting financial data definitions and ensuring compliance with internal standards.Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes, sources, and data architecture. Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or reporting within a Finance domain.Strong expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar.Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and data warehousing principles in Microsoft Fabric (or advanced knowledge of building ETL, data models, and dashboards on the Microsoft Fabric platform).Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to communicate complex financial and technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.Fluency in financial terminology and comfort working closely with Finance teams. Preferred QualificationsExperience with Python or R for advanced analytics.Knowledge of cloud‑based data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).Experience in automation, process optimization, and financial forecasting.Familiarity with KPI design, financial performance dashboards, and modeling.
