Schedule: 24/7 rotation (Monday to Sunday) 2 rotating days off

Contract Type: 6 months

Salary: 1000 EUR/month x14 months

Join our team in Lisbon as a Customer Service Representative and become the first point of contact for a leading international client. Help users solve issues, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

  • Work on-site at our modern Lisbon office
  • Base salary: 1000 EUR/month (paid 14 times per year)
  • Complexity bonus 200 EUR/month (paid 11 times per year)
  • Meal allowance: 2,014.32 EUR net per year (7.63 EUR net/day)
  • ️ Relocation support: Room in a shared apartment (max. 12 months) only 280/month including utilities (deducted from payslip)

  • Your Key Responsibilities
  • Take an active role from day one by identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and user experience.
  • Handle and resolve full-cycle product troubleshooting and advertiser support cases via email and chat, covering technical, product, and general inquiries.
  • Own each case and drive resolution by collaborating with in-house Product Operations and Engineering teams.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience by delivering timely updates and maintaining high satisfaction across all touchpoints.
  • Meet service level targets, adhere to quality and productivity metrics, and contribute to Best in Class case resolution times.
  • Collaborate with internal technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features, functionalities, and common issues.

What Were Looking For

  • Languages:
  • Italian C1 or higher
  • English B2 minimum
  • Skills & Qualities:
  • Proven experience in managing paid digital campaigns (mandatory).
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Professional experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre or service program supporting an Advertising Technology company.
  • Familiarity with social media products and a basic understanding of digital advertising ecosystems.
  • Strong customer-service orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
