Analytics Manager – Finance Team. We are looking for an experienced Analytics Manager to further develop and manage our analytics capabilities within the Finance team. This role includes leading a small team of analysts and implementing the tools, processes, and analytical frameworks that convert complex data into clear, actionable insights that elevate- making across the business. Key Responsibilities:. Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for Finance and senior leadershipDesigning and implementing analytics frameworks, tools, and best practicesCollaborating with stakeholders across and beyond the Finance team to identify opportunities for- driven improvementsLeading and developing a small,- performing analytics teamEnsuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with financial standards and reporting requirementsOverseeing key- related analytics projects, including:Financial KPI dashboardsBudget variance analysisProfitability, cost analysis, and forecasting. Your Profile:. 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysisBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related fieldFluency in financial terminology and a strong ability to work closely with Finance stakeholdersExperience in building and mentoring a team of data analystsStrong business acumen combined with an analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insightsExcellent communication skills for presenting complex findings to- technical audiencesAbility to perform in a- paced,- driven environmentProficiency in creating interactive dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)Advanced SQL skills and- on experience with relational databasesSolid understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and- warehousing principles in Microsoft Fabric (or advanced practical experience building ETL processes, data models, and dashboards on the Microsoft Fabric platform)Fluency in English (C1); German knowledge is an advantage.
